Shere Drop Best Bitter All Grain KIt

A recipe pack containing all the ingredients to make a clone, all grain version of Shere Drop Best Bitter. A Champion beer and also described as a very nice  and easy summer beer. 
Pale in colour with subtle hints of grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. Hop bitterness is complemented by a balanced malt flavour. This beer has a long finish which is moderately dry.

This recipe was requested by one of our customer's and is a 25L version.

Mash schedule 66℃ for 90 minutes
Maris Otter Pale Malt 4.5kg
Caragold 200g
Crystal 60 Malt 300g
Wheat Malt 100g
please note all grains come crushed
 
90 mins boil.
Challenger 30g For the last 60 minutes of the boil
Cascade 20g For the last 15 mins of the boil
First Gold 20g For the last 10 minutes of the boil
EKG 20g For the last 5 minutes of the boil
Cascade 20g At end of boil
First Gold 20g At end of boil
EKG 20g At end of boil

1 pack of US-05 yeast 
1 x Protafloc tablet

Alcohol content (ABV) 4.2%
