Please note all grains come crushed
Best ale malt 4930gCaramalt 550g
Wheat malt 550g
Citra 22g Last 15 minutes of the boil.
Mosaic 22g Last 15 minutes of the boil.
Citra 88g Whirlpool for 20 minutes at 80℃

Citra 110g Carry out a 5 day dry hop at the end of fermentation.

Mash schedule 66℃ 60 mins boil.
