A dark, strong and well rounded beer, with the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Bramling Cross hops for the dark fruit flavour and natural plum flavouring.

Add protafloc tablet last 15 minutes.
50g Bramling cross Whirlpool at 66*c 25 mins2kg Plums and 75 drops plum extract (please note, these are not included in the kit)

Mash guidelines
23L Infusion 68*c 60 mins
8L Sparge 75*c 10 mins
Plums are stewed and added for the last 10 mins of the boil, plus add plum extract to add flavour to personal taste.
