300g Crystal 150 malt
14g Admiral  Leaf  Boil for 75 mins--- IBU 21.63

50g Bramling Cross Leaf  Boil for 10 mins--- IBU 13.97   Add protafloc tablet
50g Bramling crossl Leaf  Whirlpool at 66*c 25 mins

Protafloc tablet

2kg Plums and 75 drops plum extract (please note, these are not included in the kit)

Antifoam addition if required (not included)


Mash guidelines

23L Infusion 68*c 60 mins

8L Sparge 75*c 10 mins

Safale S04 yeast    Boil for last 10/15 mins Fermentation temp 19*c

Plums are stewed and added for the last 10 mins of the boil, plus add plum extract to add flavour to personal taste.
