A Superb beer of enormous character and complexity, from the Knowl Spring brewery in Keighley, Stunning, mouth-filling. multi-layered interweaving of malt and hop with intense hop and fruit finish.
 
This recipe is based on the latest edition of Graham Wheeler's  book, "Brew your own British Real Ales" and is the 23 litre version.
