This is a tribute to Wild Beer Co Bibble Pale Ale. Bibble uses a solid malt base to create a satisfyingly big body and mouthfeel, it's super accessible, commonly referred to as the gateway Wild Beer! Adding fresh & aromatic hops to amplify its profile which means it tastes great. Providing a hop hit on the aroma and palate means utilising late hop additions and a killer dry hop. Adding the hops late in the boil means that the volatile aromas are not dispersed and stay in the beer.
