This recipe was donated by a customer saying it never fails to impress, so I think will prove to be a popular one and is a 23L version.
5500g Maris Otter
35g Chinook leaf hops
65g Willamette leaf hops
60g Cascade leaf hops
Protofloc 1 tablet
1 packet Nottingham yeast
IBU 54.5 (according to Grainfather App)
EBC 9.0 (according to Grainfather App)
Mash in with 20.5 litres of water at 66 degrees C for 60 minutes
Mash out at 76 degrees C for 10 minutes
Sparge with 14 litres of water at 76 degrees C
Bring to the boil.
Total boil time 60 minutes
