Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Tribute. All Grain Kit

£23.00Price

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Tribute, adapted from the official recipe released by Sierra Nevada and available on their website an inspiration to homebrewers around the world for many years.

We've not messed around, heavy on hops 183g of Cascade, with intense aromas of pine and citrus, balanced by smooth caramel malt. Taste and see for yourself why Pale Ale is a legend.

During the first lockdown back in early 2020, I decided to start brewing, probably like many others on furlough, quickly became hooked on the hobby not only for the results but the process itself.

The one thing I had in mind was to recreate Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, where posible I've worked around the original recipe. The brewery itself has a number of versions, I've gone with the 5.6% version and felt it important to use Cascade hop throughout the boil process.
