Mike’s Best Saison All Grain Recipe Kit

Mike’s Best Saison is an established Worcester Hop Shop recipe for a strong, refreshing Belgian-style Saison, producing 23 litres of characterful farmhouse-style beer.

Built around Pilsner, Vienna and Carapils malts, the recipe uses Perle, East Kent Goldings and Saaz hops for balanced bitterness and traditional European hop character. Sweet orange peel and coriander (not supplied) add subtle citrus and spice, complementing the fruity and peppery character produced by the Saison yeast.

Expect a dry, refreshing finish, gentle malt character and plenty of classic Saison flavour.
