A recipe pack containing all the ingredients to make a clone, all grain version of SAFFBRE Best Bitter and is the 25 litre version. This recipe was kindly donated by one of our customers Chris Robertson, and highly recomends it.

Crystal Malt 252g
Chocolate Malt 252g
Please note all grains come crushed
 
Start of Boil  Target Hops 21g
 
Last 20 mins  EKG Hops 16g and Fuggles Hops 16g
 
Last 5 Minutes of Boil
EKG and Fuggles Hops 30g each
 
1 x Protafloc last 15 mins of Boil
1 pack of S-04
 
Mash schedule 66°C 60 mins
Original gravity 1.044 Final gravity 1.010 ABV 4.4%/ IBU 34.7 Colour 13.3
