A beer with a refreshing taste of malt, hops and citrus fruit; a fruity aroma and a short, dry finish. Not much 'old' about it at 1035 though; I doubt if it gets to see a Sunday.
This recipe is based on the latest edition of Graham Wheeler's book, "Brew your own British Real Ales" and is the 23 litre version.
