Munich Dunkel Style Recipe kit

A new addition to the customer's recipe kits. Characterized by depth and complexity of Munich malt with rich Munich flavours.The taste can be moderately sweet but not overwhelming or cloying. Mild caramel, chocolate, toast or nuttiness may be present. Hop bitterness is moderately low but perceptible, with the balance tipped firmly towards maltiness.

200g Biscuit malt
100g Chocolate malt
80g Carafa special malt
23g Magnum hops start of boil
5g Hallertau hops last 5 mins
9g Hallertau hops end of boil
