A recipe pack containing all the ingredients to make a clone, all grain version of Mike's Best Saison.

This recipe was created for one of our customer's and is a 23L version.
The pack contains:

Pilsner Malt 5500g

Carapils Malt 400g

Vienna Malt 700g

START OF BOIL

Perle hops 37g

LAST 10 MINS

EKG hops 21g

END OF BOIL

Saaz hops 14g

EKG hops 7g

1 tsp coriander (PLEASE NOTE NOT PROVIDED)

1 tsp sweet orange peel (coarsley crushed)

1 pack of Saison yeast

1 x Protafloc tablet 15 mins of boil

Alcohol content (ABV) 7.5%

Mash schedule 67℃for 90 mins. Boil wort for 75 mins adding hops per scheduled times and spices with 5 mins left in boil.

Please note all grains come crushed.
