Non-fermentable sugar made from milk. Used when we want to create some  sweetness in the brew. By adding at the start or the end it will give body and sweetness without the worry it will start to ferment at some stage in the future. Adding around 300 grams to a 23 litre stout brew will make a milk stout. Use less or more to taste.
