JUNGFRAU OKTOBERFEST Lager Recipe Kit
A recipe pack containing all the ingredients to make a clone, all grain version of Jungfrau Oktoberfest Lager, a recipe suggested as a classic seasonal and is a wonderful "first lager" if you have never brewed one before ( and as for the British malt in a traditional German style... well, we won't tell if you don't) This is the 23 litre version.
* Please note that alpha acids vary, the amounts to use in this recipe have been adjusted accordingly.

Maris Otter Malt 2543g
Munich Malt 2543g
20g Magnum hops start of boil
15g Tettnang hops late addition
1 x Protafloc last 15 mins of Boil
1 pack of W34/70 yeast
Original gravity 1053/Final gravity 1013/IBU's 26/ABV 5.4%
Mash @ 67*C for 75 mins
Boil for 60 mins
Late hop addition
