OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS ( not supplied ) 50g grapefruit peel    boil for 10 mins

                                                            25g orange peel    boil for 10 mins

                                                            40g grapefruit peel    secondary 14 days

 

METHOD

Mash at 65*C  for 75 mins

Mash out at 75*C for 10 mins

Fly Sparge at 75*C for 10 mins

Fermentation 19*C
