50g grapefruit peel boil for 10 mins

25g orange peel boil for 10 mins

40g grapefruit peel secondary 14 days

METHOD

Mash at 65℃ for 75 mins

Mash out at 75℃ for 10 mins

Fermentation 19℃ 14 days or until fermentation is complete.
