Czech Pilsner Style Recipe Kit

A recipe pack containing all the ingredients to make a clone, all grain version of Czech Pilsner,  a Lager recipe taken from a book by Greg Hughes 'Home Brew Beer the 23 litre version.
A refreshing light coloured Pilsner has a distinctive flavour and aroma, both spicy and floral, which is imparted by the Saaz hops.

The pack contains:

Pilsner Malt 4660g

46g Saaz hops start of boil
19g Saaz hops last 10 mins of boil
19g Saaz hops at end of boil

1 x Protafloc last 15 mins of Boil
1 pack of W34/70 
Ferment 12°C conditioning 4 weeks
 
Original gravity 1048 Final gravity 1014  ABV 4.4%
