Caledonian 80/- Tribute All Grain Recipe Kit
Caledonian 80 Shilling (also known as Caledonian 80/-) is a classic, full-bodied Scottish export ale previously brewed in Edinburgh by the Caledonian Brewing Company.
Now brewers can select their yeast of choice. 
Choose between S-04 for its malt-forward character with subtle, balanced fruity and floral esters or WHS scottish Ale yeast with it's close links to Edinburgh breweries this gives a more authentic yeast profile to this kit.
 
This recipe is based on the latest edition of Graham Wheeler's  book, "Brew your own British Real Ales"
