Wards Best Bitter Style Recipe Kit

A recipe pack containing all the ingredients to make a clone, all grain version of Wards Best Bitter, a bitter that used to be brewed back in the 90's in Sheffield and was requested by a customer.
A very popular bitter sadly missed by many nowadays. hopefully this recipe will help and is the 23 litre version.

The pack contains:

Maris Otter 2855g
Crystal  Malt 460g
Torrefied Wheat 370g
Flaked Maize or Brewing sugar 415g

Start of Boil
11g Target hops
18.5g Challenger hops

Last Ten Minutes of Boil
9g Fuggles hops
5g progress hops

1 x Protafloc last 15 mins of Boil
1 pack of S-04.
