Norwegian World Cup Pilsner All Grain Kit
Norwegian World Cup Pilsner All Grain Kit. 20l
Can we make a lager type beer for the world cup final? Hell Yea!! as our American cousins would shout. Well the beer in my fermenter would suggest yes but we'll leave the recipe up now as a bit of fun and for those who want a pseudo lager.
A slight tweak from the original Kveik Yeastery recipe ,we're making an early substitution. An early bath for both Saphir and Saaz. In comes the more creative Riwaka and the midfield general Mittelfruh. Also upsteps the dependable Carapils because we need to keep our head right to the end.
Showcasing Norways finest product. Kveik Yeastery Stalljen. Like Big Erling himself this thing is a Braut and a real clean finisher.
A clean, crisp pseudo-lager with elegant malt sweetness. Mittelfruh and Riwaka provide fresh notes of citrus and flowers over a neutral kveik profile. With a backline of Weyermann quality malts this beer will see you through the toughest penalty shootout.
We're not going mad temperature wise. 18℃ for 7 days or until FG reached with a steady reading for 2 days. Ideal for those with or without temperature control.
