Wheat malt 550g
 
Citra 22g    Boil @ 15 mins
Mosaic 22g    Boil @15 mins
Citra 88g    Whirlpool @ 80*c 20 mins
Mosaic 88g    Whirlpool @ 80*C 20 mins
Citra 110g    Dry hop 5 Days
Mosaic 110g    Dry hop 5 Days

1 pack of US-05 yeast (Ferment at 18*C)
1 x Protafloc tablet

OG 1.063/FG 1.012/ABV 6.59%/IBU 51.82/SRM 6.86
 
Mash schedule 66*C  60 mins boil.
