Flake Rice (crushed)
Produced from a medium-grain rice, Rice flakes will help to brew a light, clean and crisp Beer. Can be added directly into the mash with other grains.Flakes have a large surface area and are pre-cooked, so they hydrate and disintergrate quickly. Filtration time will be normal. Use a slightly lower conversion temperature and extend the conversion time by 15 mins to obtain maximum efficiency.
