Rich and flavoursome dark and based on an 1880s Fuller's recipe. Fuggles hop aroma with hints of coffee and chocolate. Dark malt and coffee in the mouth; long complex finish with earty Fuggles and liquorice maltiness.
This recipe is based on the latest edition of Graham Wheeler's book, "Brew your own British Real Ales" and is the 23 litre version.
